Useful information from our hotel in Merano
- The prices are per person and day with breakfast/half board with a minimum stay of 3 days. Tourist tax € 2,80 per person (from 14 years) and day.
- Overnight stay surcharge for 1 night = € 7,00, for 2 nights = € 4,00
- Double room for single use: We charge a surcharge of € 22,00.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms
- A final cleaning fee of € 20,00 is charged for dogs.
- Arrival: Reserved rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 12.00 (noon) on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7pm please inform us.
- Departure: the rooms have to be left by 10.30 am.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the room price without meals.
- New Year’s Eve menu: We charge a surcharge of € 35,00.
- Cancellation:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.- Up to 30 days before arrival no cancellation fee
- Between 30 and 14 days before your arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked arrangement or the deposit will be retained
- From 14 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure we charge to 100% of the booked arrangement
- We recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
